All boys and girls in 5th through 8th grade are eligible to participate in athletics for St. Jude Catholic School.

To participate in ICCL sports all athletes must have the following forms filled out. St. Jude may also combine with another school in the ICCL if there are not enough players to form an independent team. All of these forms need to be filled out for the parent school as well.
