SCRIP

The term "Scrip" is used to describe the certificates and gift cards that the school purchases at a discount and sells to you at face value for a profit. The discounts range from 3% - 20%. The Scrip certificates cost you nothing extra to buy.  The scrip is used at the store in place of cash, checks or credit cards. Some can be used for internet and catalog purchases. We currently have 2 local grocery stores and over 40 retailers in inventory.

The best thing about Scrip is that is costs you nothing. It just requires a little bit of planning. Everybody has to buy groceries and gas. Our children constantly need new clothes. There are many ways for you to use Scrip certificates for your needs!

In addition, the discounted difference is shared between the school (60%) and each family (40%).

Each new family will be contacted by mail in early June with the opportunity to acquire a Scrip account number. Each purchase of gift certificates is recorded under that number. Quarterly reports are sent home showing total purchases, customer share and school share of the discount earned. Purchases from June 1 through May 31 of each year will reduce your tuition for the following school year! A win-win for you and the school!
