GENERAL COMMENTS

Shoes and socks or nylons must be worn at all times. The following are NOT ALLOWED:

1. Denim pants or shorts;
2. Bike shorts (not even for gym);
3. Sandals;
4. Cargo pants or cargo shorts in any color;
5. Body piercings (except for earrings for girls only);
6. Visible tattoos;
7. No hip huggers or “sagging”.

Students who do not meet conditions of the dress code may be returned home to
dress properly. Repeat offenders (for instance—untucked shirts) may be subject
to further disciplinary action. Teachers and administrators have the right to ask
students to change or remove clothing based on its overall effect on the learning
environment for reasons including (but not limited to) excessive or flashy makeup
and jewelry, articles that may pose a hazard (such as dangling earrings or
neckwear - boys and girls!), and the general modesty of appearance. Teachers and
administrators may exercise appropriate discretion in applying all dress code standards.

Uniforms may be ordered through Schoolbelles (School Code #1405) and Lands' End.

COLOR DAYS
The last Friday of each month will be designated as COLOR DAY, with all
students being able to attend out of uniform.
